sapnagroup/status report
In the sapnagroup online status we track all our projects. It records the entire communication-history as well as the task lists for each project. It tracks our budgets and billable hours, creates invoices and produces the reported financials. It hosts the sapnagroup calendar, shows leaves of team members from all offices and allows submitting holiday requests. If you are a sapnagroup client please contact us if you want to access your projects through our online status.

User Experience or Usability describes the quality of operation experienced by a user while interacting with a software or web page. A particularly intuitive or comfortable handling is regarded as being "user-friendly".
We offer the following services carried out by our expert Johannes Spielhagen, who teaches usability at Ohm-Hochschule Nürnberg.
Improved usability means real money, because potential customers tend to leave a site very quickly even if there are only small issues disturbing the smooth functioning, meaning loss of sales for you.
The most important thing is to get involved during or even better, before the development process, to look for usability problems before they arise.

We test your software or web page for usability, assess the issues identified, for their importance and deliver to you a comprehensive report to eliminate your problems. - Usability Test
On request, we test your software or webpage with independent persons. They will be assigned with specific tasks, to interact with your website or software. Our clients can be present during the tests to gain an immediate insight into how user-friendly their webpage actually is.
