We have developed a full blow CRM (customer relationship management) system for SME. It’s based on our own online status system but has been enhanced in many areas. The first two customised installations for better (Germany) and IMKO (UK) went live in the last few weeks. The system is web based and can therefore be accessed from anywhere without the need of any locally installed software. It allows setting up clients, contacts and projects and to track all communication during a project, storing all project related files and to creating estimates and invoices. This system has allowed us to grow from 5 from 40 team members in the last few year – we hope it will have the same effect for our clients!
