We developed a new CRM panel for the buddi call centres. The new panel is modeled on a Visual Basic application and is substantially faster than traditional web panels. This enables the call centre to address clients faster on telephone and increase efficiency. From initial reactions, the call centre personnel are very happy with this and we expect more additions to this panel in the coming months.
