Through 6 usability interviews, we tried to establish for our agency partner Orckid, if the new planned approach for the Verbatim Europe product section would work with consumers. For this we teamed up with our partner and usability expert Johannes Spielhagen from the German agency Michal & Spielhagen. He planned, conducted and recorded the interviews and later prepared a report, which gave us valuable clues on how to improve the initial concept.
